Buzdar hints at reopening tourist spots



Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Friday hinted at opening of tourist spot, including Murree.

 According to sources, CM Buzdar also informed that the precautionary measures set by the government are being finalized for reopening tourist spots, restuarants and hotels.

 Punjab CM also announced new projects for Murree including Kohsar University. He said 22 crore rupees will be used on a water scheme which will provide 6 lac gallons of water to locals.

 Muzaffarabad Road will be contructed with Rs 2.42 crore and 3 lac fruit trees will be planted, he added.

Kasur: Three of a family shot dead at home

Punjab News Three members of a same family were gunned down in Kasur, Punjab province on Sunday night. According to details, the firing incident took place near Bhatta Gorian Chowk in the jurisdiction of A Division Police Station in Kasur, Punjab province where unindentified assailants riding on a bike forcefully entered a house and opened fire on residents of a house when they offered rsistance. As a result, owner of the house named Abdul Hameed, his wife Naila and a daughter were killed while three other children of Abdul Hameed were injured in the incident. After getting information, rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. Bahawalpur: TikTok craze claims another life

Punjab News A boy lost his life while filming a video for popular video-sharing platform TikTok in Bahawalpur, on Saturday. According to details, a boy went to the canal along with his friends, was fell into the Sadiqa canal as his foot was slipped while recording a video in Mandi Sadiq Ganj in Minchinabad, Bahalwalpur district of Punjab and he drowned. The deceased, identified as Muhammad Sufiyan. Police have rushed at the location and commenced investigation into the matter and decided to interrogate the friends of the deceased. Earlier, July 10, a 10th grade student accidentally shot and killed himself while filming a video for popular video-sharing platform TikTok in Abbottabad, police said on Friday. The deceased, identified as Abdul Samad was reportedly filming himself with a pistol when he accidentally pulled the trigger, killing himself.
